1. Pack & Categorize: Kellie's team will pack and categorize all items, into five different categories, including:

  • -Sell at Kellie's - These are items that will be sold at Kellie's Resale store in Okemos
  • -Auction at Kellie's - These are items that will be sent to Kellie's auction department
  • -Thrift at Kellie's - These are items that will be donated to Kellie's thrift market
  • -Trash - These are items that will be discarded (broken or moldy items)
  • -Recycling - These are items that can be recycled (cardboard or paper items)


2. Moving: Kellie's vendors handle the logistics of emptying the house,
ensuring each item is placed according to its designated category. They also sweep all
floors. Need a spring cleaning before the house is listed or the new family moves
in...we do that too!

3. Invoiced Service with Profit Sharing: The service is invoiced, and here's the
exciting part: clients receive an agreed-upon percentage of the proceeds from items
sold through Kellie's resale store, auctions, and other channels like furniture liquidators
